SimplerGTM Free growth audit

Privacy policy

Last updated September 30, 2026

Simpler GTM, LLC ("Simpler GTM", "we", "us") runs simplergtm.com. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or ask for a growth audit, what we do with it, and how to get it corrected or deleted. The short version: we collect what we need to reach you and to know which of our marketing works, we use a few outside tools to do that, and we don't sell your information.

What we collect

What you give us

  • The growth audit form. Your work email, your name, and your answers about your company's funding and annual revenue. Each answer is saved as soon as you enter it, so we keep what you entered even if you don't finish the form.
  • Booking a call. If you pick a time, the scheduling details (the slot you chose and anything you add to the booking) are collected by our scheduling provider, iClosed.
  • Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and whatever contact details come with it.

What is collected automatically

When you use the site, cookies and similar technologies record things like the pages you view, what you click, the site or ad that sent you here, your browser and device type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. Where it is switched on, our analytics tool can also record how you move through a page. Once you enter your email in the audit form, this activity is linked to that email address.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, schedule your audit, and prepare for the call.
  • To decide whether we're a good fit for your company.
  • To follow up with you about the audit and our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
  • To see which pages, campaigns, and ads bring in people who become clients, and to improve them.
  • To show our ads to people likely to be interested, and to measure how those ads perform.
  • To keep the site working and secure, and to meet our legal obligations.

The tools we use

We rely on a small number of providers that process data for us. Each one handles your information under its own privacy policy.

  • PostHog (product analytics, hosted in the US) records site usage and the audit form answers described above.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) tells Meta when you visit the site. We use this to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show ads to you or to people like you. Meta may combine this with other information it has about you.
  • iClosed runs the booking calendar. When you qualify for a call, your form answers are passed to it so you don't have to enter them twice.
  • Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
  • Our hosting, email, and business software providers, which store and process information for us so we can run the site and work with you.

Sharing and selling

We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the providers above, with professional advisers where needed, if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of our business. Some US state laws treat the Meta Pixel's ad targeting as "sharing" personal information. To opt out of that, email us or use the options in the next section.

Your choices

  • Cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
  • Ads. You can control ads based on your activity in your Meta ad preferences, or opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.
  • Email. Reply to any message from us and ask us to stop.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, or object to or opt out of certain uses, including ad targeting. We extend these rights to everyone who asks. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

If you're in the EU or UK, we rely on your consent, on what's needed to respond to your request for an audit, and on our legitimate interest in understanding and growing our business. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and client information as long as we have a business relationship with you or a reason to follow up, and delete it when that ends or when you ask. Analytics data is kept for as long as our analytics tools retain it, which is typically no more than a few years.

Where it is stored

We're based in the United States and our providers mostly store data there. If you're visiting from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit who on our team can access your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we'll tell you if a breach affects you when the law requires it.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear on the site.
